This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Incredibly difficult to book an appointment

Incredibly difficult to book an appointment. I’m relatively computer savvy and struggled to find a way to book an appointment using the website. I would have preferred to use the phone but this was not an option. The website is not user-friendly. It took quite a few attempts to fathom out that I had to resort to writing a note to the receptionist, wait for a reply and then go back into the system and write another note to the receptionist. The point is, if I found this difficult then someone more elderly or with less computing ability would find it almost impossible.
