Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Too difficult to get an appointment

I'm too old to learn new tricks what's an app? at 74 years of age when we most need the doctor they make it difficult to get help in the 10 years i have used this doctor i have never seen the same doctor twice, now i cant get to see a doctor without an app? or a cell phone i feel we are not looked after when we need the looking after. this is my response after trying to register and finding i need some app the reception lady tells me i need to help them by having a cell phone. pension credits don't pay for a phone i got an old one but can't remember to charge it or look at it so I'm disenfranchised no service any more for old people the ones that need it.
