    Terrible pharmacy

I had an appointment to go over my prescription and see what medication I still needed. I have saline medication to breathe in for my chest condition which I order when I need it, so why each month am I being sent irrigation for wounds which has for topical use only written on the packet. Now I have a chest condition ,I ask for saline nebules and get sent irrigation for wounds which I haven’t got. On contacting the pharmacy, I’m told I need to ring the ‘prescription department’ they meant the hub, to change my prescription, when it should have been there all along. The pharmacy never questions the prescriptions, it seems they will give whatever the Drs write without any thought if it is the right thing. Further to my complaint, I am now on Blister packs, my BP tablets were changed but they gave me both in the pack without telling me. If I had taken both it would have made me poorly. I also had the Dr reduce some other tablets but they are still being put in. So why can’t the pharmacy do my medication properly? It is dangerous, to have so many mistakes being made.
