Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Difficulties contacting via website

I contacted the surgery via the website on Thursday last week with the help of my oncology nurse, we didn’t get a reply. We found the system of getting a question over very difficult. Could this be made simpler, or have clearer instructions on the website? Especially for if you just want to raise a question, not have an appointment. It had said that I would hear back in 2 working days but I didn’t hear back – I may not have submitted it properly though as we found it quite difficult!
