This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    Make it relevant to the review

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

    Overall my experience has been very good.

    Every time I called they bent over backwards to help. They also called me to check how I was and that makes all the difference. There was one occasion when I spoke to a doctor on the phone and they were not very helpful but overall my experience has been very good. Getting through on the phone can be difficult and a long wait. When you do get through and ask for something they have to call you back to tell you, you can have what you want, it all seems a bit inefficient. I think it should be simpler. Overall though it is good.
