Original Feedback for Cromer Group Practice:

Phone issues but the care is good

Attempting to communicate with the surgery is the biggest problem. When you're working full time in Norwich it can be difficult to call at 8.30am. I've tried to speak to someone in prescriptions and rang between 10-12 and again between 2-4pm, on both Monday and Tuesday, finally got through to someone on the Wednesday, which is cutting it fine for a Saturday prescription. Feedback gathered by the practice's Patient Participation Group clearly show this is an issue. A new practice will not resolve the issue of people answering the phone. Care from my doctor is great though. You get referrals at the right time and the care is good. It's just the phone issue that lets it down.
