This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. Incomplete monthly prescriptions

For the last three months my orders have been incorrect. On each occasion I have been told to see the Prescribing hub, there i am told it will be correct next month. Yet again it is incorrect, with 3 items missing. I was told they would be delivered this afternoon, well guess what one is still missing . How does one get it put right, after spending 30 mins there this morning, and informed it was sorted?
