Struggle to get in contact with anyone

We had two visits early on but felt all they did was drop off some leaflets. I suffer with my mental health and it was a worry that I would develop postnatal depression, I did not want to go back on medication as I do not like taking them but when I said that there was not another solution suggested. I had a very unsettled baby but was just told it was normal for some babies around 4 month not to sleep. I called 6 times for help before anyone called me back and when they did they said they didn't have time to visit and would call back after Christmas which they never did. I am lucky to have family around me as I feel I had no support from the Health Visitor. It was later diagnosed that my baby had reflux and was in pain.
