  If you make an online request you get a rapid response. It's easy to get an appointment, I have no issues and so far I am happy. I have only been here 1 year.

  Booking an appointment is fine over the phone. Online is difficult for me. The system as it is is fine for me.

  Thank you for your comments. Booking of online appointments were removed during the pandemic but due to the need to still triage all calls, they have not yet been reinstated.

  The surgery is all good. The phone appointment system is okay.

  The surgery is all on one floor so access is easy. The staff are friendly and confident. It is easy to contact the surgery and I can usually be seen on the day. The surgery also offer home visits if necessary. The care I receive from this surgery is one of the reasons I have chosen to stay in this village.

  Great service, they are very responsive and i cant fault them. They are absolutely brilliant and you can often get an appointment on the same day. I have recently been admitted to hospital this week and was discharged yesterday and the doctors have followed me up straight away.

  The emergency appointments are the best thing about this surgery, they're always there when I need them. My only criticism is there is too much of a variation in doctors.

  The receptionists are particularly good here, and I can't fault the pharmacists either. Even if you call with an emergency it's usually fine.

  They are normally pretty good, although I've been called in for a couple of appointments recently which I feel I don't need. Some doctors are also quite impersonal when they're assessing you.

  They're excellent here because they know me. Today I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time. I'd give them ten out of ten.
