I wouldn't change anything about it

I've lived here two and a half years. I was living independently at home before that. The care I receive here is care that I could not receive at home. The care is okay. I wouldn't change anything about it. The care is sufficient and the care I receive here is probably about the best I'd receive anywhere. I don't take part in the activities but I watch television in my room and I have a friend on this floor that I chat to. The activities are aimed more at the residents with dementia. I can see that it is important to them, but it's not for me. The food is... debatable. It's hit and miss. There isn't much choice. We have a roast dinner on a Sunday. I eat in my room. The food is always nice and hot, there's no criticising the temperature of the food!
