    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this.     Easy to book but often cancelled

    It's easy to book an appointment but the practice keeps cancelling them. You get a letter through the post to say its cancelled, then you have to ring to book another one which means they don't get seen regularly enough. Last time, I was left a voicemail to say it was cancelled and when I returned to make another one I was told that I didn't turn up for an appointment! I don't think they've seen the same dentist twice, it's always a different one.
