Can’t get repeat prescription

The surgery changed the way in which repeat medication was ordered. I should have been informed of the change but I wasn’t. I went to the pharmacy on Saturday to get my medication and was told about the new system and consequently there was no medication ready for me. They told me to come back on Monday (6/2). I went back Monday morning x no prescription, told to return mid afternoon and the medication would be ready. Went again mid afternoon - no medication, to,d to return at 5.30pm. I returned but again no medication - told the doctor had been too busy to sign the prescription. I am now without 3 of my prescribed tablets. This is disgusting and is putting patients’ health at risk.
