A caring practice

I feel saddened to read some of the other feedback. Obviously, there can be a wait to speak to reception, but I am mindful that while the receptionists are busy helping others, my turn will come for them to help me. I suspect that this is not an uncommon problem when contacting any medical practice. My doctor has always been very supportive and if I want to make a further appointment, I plan ahead and book one. I appreciate that some problems are more urgent in their nature, but in my experience, when in this situation, I have explained to this to the receptionist and they have tried their best to be accommodating, for which I have made a point of thanking them for their help. I have also found their website a useful alternative to get in touch for non-urgent matters.
