This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Online prescriptions and wait times

Online prescription ordering can be difficult - my prescription wasn't ready for me after I ordered it online 2 months in a row. I got it eventually but had to make a separate visit to the pharmacy. It's made me wonder whether it is even worth doing it online. Otherwise things are pretty good. However, when a doctor asks for you to come back and see them "in 2 weeks" it's impossible due to the wait times
