Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. difficult to get through by phone

Last Monday I was on hold for 30 minutes and just couldn't get through, so my secretary had to call for me who was also on hold for 30 minutes. This was between 10am and 11am. I usually don't bother to phone and would just come down to the surgery because it can take so long. It can be 4-5 weeks to see the same doctor. I also had a blood test a couple of weeks ago and was never notified of the results. Apart from that the people are lovely.
