This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    Make it relevant to the review

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

    Inept for years.

    I would like to start by saying that their are a very few good members of staff, this does not apply to them. Other than these few these the rest, and the system, are massively flawed. I call for an appointment and get auto-cut off multiple times in a row. When I finally get through the system tells me to go online, whilst refusing to put me through to reception for half and hour. So I go online, fill in the forms, and wait for a response. Eventually I receive a response saying that I should book an appointment the next day by phone. Each day the response is the same. On the odd occasion that I can get in touch with a doctor, or nurse, they don't even attempt to listen to my situation, ignoring both myself and my medical notes. The responses of these collective surgeries are useless and are probably endangering the lives of their patients. In summary, it is impossible to get an appointment by phone or over the internet. The majority of staff have a lack lustre attitude to their patients.
