    Original Feedback for Drayton Surgery:

One of the worst surgeries l have been to.

Receptionists are rude and unhelpful no matter how polite and courteous a client can be. I had blood tests done and received two voicemail msgs from the GP to ring and book an appointment to discuss my blood results. I rang the surgery, a receptionist told me she needed to verify this with GP & put me on hold, after which she told me the GP Zhad a patient and they will ring me when he is free. I never got a phone call back. The following day the GP left a 3rd msg and l rang again and this time a receptionist (could be the same one) wanted proof that it was the GP who called l told her that the nber was daryron surgery number (l have it s as ved on my phone); she would not let me book an F2F appointment and when l asked to book a telephone appointment she told me that they had no telephone appointment slots for the foreseeable future. That was in early November 2021 and still don’t know what my results are. The reason for the blood tests was because l had a bad reaction to the booster vaccine resulting in heart arrhythmias. I also had eye surgery end of June 2021 and was given one week’s worth of Tx medication by tue eye clinic and the next two weeks supply was to come from the GP. The ophthalmologist nurses, post surgery, emphasised the need to follow Tx to prevent any infections. I requested for the repeat prescription for the eye antibiotics from tue GP 4 days before the completion of the medication l had as l always do with my other repeat prescription requests; the GP cancelled that request and l did not receive any medication. I rang the surgery two days before l ran out and was told the GP had cancelled the request despite being given the information electronically by the eye clinic. Attempts to explain the need to have this prescription was ignored and dismissed. I rang the eye clinic to request them to prescribe and they told me that it was the GP’s duty to do so; the eye clinic nurse rang GP to prescribe this medication without success as l did mot get the Px. For 4 full days l had no medication and got eye infection risking the damage to my eye. Thankfully the eye clinic were persistent in talking with the GP and told me they were considering making a complaint and that is when l got my prescription. I have lost trust with this surgery.
