As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Nightmare getting response on phone.

Moved to this surgery on recommendation when moved house. Call answering is really bad. When requesting repeat prescription or sick note takes far longer than what website says. I know things are bad at moment but access to GP is difficult or have to wait two weeks or more for call appointment. Not been able to see anyone since I joined the surgery so being elderly DR not aware of problems and the worst thing was my wife and I our medical records got lost for five weeks so access to repeat meds was very difficult to get. I think the current situation is not helping but perhaps things could be made easier for the patients. I'm also sure the staff are doing a great job under difficult circumstances and hope things will get better for everyone.
