Wrong medication

I collected my prescription and when I opened it at home to start taking it, I found I had been given the completely wrong medication, I initially thought that the name had changed but when I looked up the name of the medication I found it was for high blood pressure. This is a very bad mistake by the Pharmacist and in some situations could prove dangerous.

The pharmacist is very rude and does not care about patients prescriptions or health. All he ever says to me is its out of stock and hand me back my prescription no apology no nothing this has happened twice with 2 different tablets this has been glong on since last year begining of december and now it's happened to my husbands antibiotics. I feel as if he's picking on me all the time I go in there. Honestly the ladies there are absolutely lovely and caring. I just think his attitude needs to change and be more helpful.

Part prescriptions

Chemist only had half on my prescription on Tuesday so told me to come back the next day. I've returned on Saturday when I was booked in for my flu jab at the doctors and they've still not got my full prescription. I've now got no medication and they've not given me a reason for why they've not got my full prescription.

I'm on lots of different pills. I do my prescription online and they deliver which is good. I sometimes have problems getting things if I go in from doctors but they are generally pretty good.
