Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Rude staff

Visited to sort prescription after Easter weekend (4 day weekend). Item needed ordering and when I asked if they had a rough time I was told afternoon following day, when I asked if they could be more specific as it was a hypoallergenic baby formula and we only had enough to last until the following morning, I received a sarcastic response of 'do you want me to predict if the delivery driver is going to get stuck in traffic or something?' Later in the conversation I was told I should perhaps have ordered earlier, this wasn't possible as 1. We had just come out of a 4 day weekend, and 2. The GP only issued the original prescription 5 days earlier and we were not aware that the formula would run out so quickly.
