First impression, I'm not in good hands

I had a Dr appointment 3 weeks ago as a new patient to the practice. I discussed my situation with the Dr and he agreed to continue sending my regular medication prescriptions through to my chosen pharmacy of choice of the past 5 years! 3 weeks later, I still have not received my medication despite several phone calls, no one seems to know what's happening, he hasnt included notes on my file, and I am still awaiting an appointment for blood tests which should ha e happened weeks ago! I live with a rare life threatening disease, and don't feel this is the greatest start, and am actually quite fearful that I'm not in great hands. I require my medication daily to survive, not just because it's a good idea... I hope the practice sort themselves out, implement systems that support their patients, and restore my hope. But if I've not had a response or resolution by the end of this week, they are quite literally putting my life at risk which is unacceptable!
