    Dispensary

    The current situation regarding repeat prescriptions is awful. The team are obviously under huge pressure which means they are making mistakes. Now I find the online form is only available within surgery hours. Surely the point of being able to order online is that it’s there all of the time and works for those who at parent available during surgery hours. From a ‘customer’ perspective the system is a shambles.
