Original Feedback for East Harling Surgery:

Generally a very good service

We have lived in East Harling now for three years and have found the practice generally well run and have always managed to obtain an appointment the same day if the condition required one. However there is one issue that does need addressing and that is the mix up between appointments at East Harling and Kenninghall! on three occasions we have been told to attend East Harling practice only to be re-directed to Kenninghall after trying to book in. the last occasion recently was for EH but due to an emergency the duty doctor we were going to see had been sent to Kenninghall - not a major problem but my wife had been waiting for 10 minutes (after the booking in process had failed and she was told to go into the waiting room!) before she was told the doctor was now working from Kenninghall. Please get your act together - I know you are busy but if something changes is it too much to expect a quick phone call to let us know, after all the practice is constantly highlighting the number of no-shows.
