Original Feedback for East Harling Surgery:

1

Getting an appointment.

It's the single most expected and required thing about a practice, yet the procedure for doing so at East Harling is farcical. You cannot make an appointment at reception for some unknown reason. Instead, you have to phone at 0830 and then sit in a queue for goodness knows how long, listening to recorded gibberish and awful muzak. If your nerves hold out and you finally get to speak to a human being, appointments are only taken for that day - if they are all filled, you will have to phone again tomorrow. This is beyond ridiculous. Whoever is in charge of this practice needs to get a grip of this situation and perhaps go back to an old-fashioned appointments book at reception - it would be a damn sight more efficient than the current apology for customer servive.
