Can never get an appointment

Everyone we call for a doctor appointment we get the same 2 scenarios. Either we wait in hold for over an hour and end up giving up or we do speak to someone who tells us they have no appointments for the next 3 months and as 3 months is all they can their systems, we need to phone the the next day. It’s absolutely outrageous. My partner found some lumps recently and called the doctor only to be told that there was no availability. She is currently suffering from some serious medical symptoms and can not get an appointment. We have had to resort to using our new love go we are provided with through our life insurance but even they can’t do much without GP referrals. Also, when you do speak to a RECEPTIONIST they now ask you what your issue is. I’m not calling to explain it to a receptionist, I want to speak to a doctor. It’s a joke and we should be getting better service.
