This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. I don't like online bookings

The main problem I find is the fact that you have to order online to get an appointment. I don't have a smartphone and there's a lot of people who struggle to get internet coverage in this area. When you're ill it would be good to speak to someone, you don't want to be faffing about. You don't know what's happened with the information anyway when you do a form. It did get a lot better when you could ring at 8.30 but they stopped doing that. Now you can't call before 10am, they'd tell you to go online.
