Concerned about treatment of residents

My mother had a stroke and got placed in Gt Yarmouth as there was no local availability at the time - we're from West Earlham. I was told that the home kept her in bed for long periods of time as there weren't enough staff to support her to get up. Residents were often put to bed around 15.00. She got pressure sores and they requested the home got her a pressure score mattress but there was no response. My mother died subsequently, but I am concerned for others particularly as they seem to be expanding the home even though they don't have adequate staff.
