This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Getting app. is so difficult but care is good

Trying to get an appointment is really difficult. I've waited 30 minutes on the phone to get an appointment before. I have to book appointments for my mum and dad because my mum has dementia and my dad gets impatient having to wait so long on the phone. The long wait on the phone totally puts my dad off calling and my cousin has made a complaint about it before. Once you've got through on the phone, you also have to wait quite a long time to actually get an appointment. However, the service you receive is good once you get an appointment. The dementia care we've received for my mum is also quite good.
