Misdiagnosed patient now in hospital

My partner who has a heart condition had severe symptoms of fever was assessed at the practice by a paramedic , he was sent home and advised to take paracetamol. The Dr who eventually made a phone assessment the next day after his condition worsened and knew we needed urgent care, by this time an ambulance was needed. We received a follow up phone call from the practice gp saying he was going to have a ‘discussion’ with the paramedic. Who would feel safe going to this practice after this misdiagnosed negligence??? My partner is now in hospital with severe endocarditis, could of been helped sooner with the correct diagnosis.
