Big Issues With Access

I came in today for a blood test and the nursing staff were brilliant. For the last 3 years I haven't been able to get an appointment to see a doctor. My blood pressure medication just keeps getting renewed without anyone ever seeing me. When I call the phone just goes dead over and over again, They say to use the online system but I am computer illiterate. They have big issues with access. It could be improved upon and I do realise that they're busy. I witnessed an elderly man walk in to make an appointment, he was told to go home and ring up. It's not right.
