Terrible patient care, obnoxious secretary!

2 weeks for an appointment to see a doctor. When I arrived slightly late (7:35 for a 7:15 appt) due to a bad nights sleep on top of a very busy working week for which I apologised for, was met by a secretary who looked me up and down and greeted me with a less than caring attitude. "The doctor wont see you now" were the first words out of their mouth, when I asked if she could check if there was any chance they could just look at the suspicious lump on the side of my head, the response was an eye roll and "I very much doubt it, but I'll go see", I could hear some chatter and then a giggle in the background and upon her return another blunt "No, you'll have to make another appointment". Not a dot of sympathy or let me see what I can do? All that was missing was a nail file and some chewing gum! I'm sick of receiving this level of care from people who are in this industry, maybe they need to go on some kind of social skills course to learn how to speak to the general public?
