I have monthly repeat prescriptions

I have monthly repeat prescriptions and often the prescriptions aren't ready. They always blame the surgery and there's a constant change of surgery. I have medication for my mental health and on several occasions I've had to go two or three days without them which really affects me. You have to drop in your requests a week in advance and sometimes I'm away working so I ask a friend to do it for me. If it was a drug for a heart condition then I'm sure they wouldn't miss any medication! Sometimes they tut and roll their eyes at me. I've been at the surgery next door for a while and it's really convenient having them next door to each other but after the last 12 months or so I've decided to move pharmacies.
