This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Not being listened to

I have recently received calls from my healthcare providers, both at Addenbrookes and my local surgery informing me that my condition is improving but I don’t feel it is. It’s a struggle when you can’t see a Dr but they’re telling you you’re getting better. I didn’t agree with the Dr or the Nurse. I’m concerned I’m not being listened to. It’s a very hard time at the moment and it feels like I can’t get the help I feel I need. Sometimes I think It’s not worth getting in touch with the Drs because they tell you you’re improving. It’s effected my mental health
