Original Feedback for Gayton Road Health and Surgical Centre:

Bad communication with hospital

We went to the hospital and they told us my wife needed a blood test to check her kidneys within two weeks. When I came back to Gayton Road and asked to book in the blood test to do this they said they couldn't take my word for it and wouldn't book the test. We missed the two week window the hospital set because we kept having to go back and forth between the doctors and the hospital to get it confirmed. My daughter had to complain for me. I went into the surgery every day to check if the letter had come in and my wife was allowed to have the blood test. I think the NHS in general just hasn't got enough money and people use it for silly things when they don't need and it impacts on everyone.
