This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Long telephone queues

As a carer for my wife it is very difficult to spend time in a very long telephone queue trying to get an appointment. There is usually a wait for an appointment too although if you manage to speak to a doctor they will offer you an appointment straight away. We don't ever see the same doctor which can be frustrating. The staff are all lovely though and do their best. I think the actual Gayton Road building is too small now and I have to drive my wife to the surgery so parking can be difficult sometimes.
