Problems making appointments/ waiting time
14th January 2020I’ve had problems getting into my gps appointments even though I call and show up right as they open. I find it a bit pointless for so many people to be working yet acting as if they don’t do anything. We’ve got our own specific gp that helps us due to the language barrier yet we always have to wait a month plus for an actual appointment

Problems getting appointments
31st October 2018When you phone up in the morning - nothing for today - you have to phone again tomorrow. Doctors are fine, it's just getting appointments.

Can always get through on the phone

Just the phone issue
30th September 2018I find the ringing at 8 o'clock thing a bit of a pain as they are always engaged. I've worked out that if I leave it until about 20 past I can usually get through. The appointments are sometimes all gone but they are very good and will always fit you in. All the staff are excellent and you never wait long when you're there.

Excellent
25th July 2018The doctors here are lovely. We get on well with them, they often train lots of good doctors here, and it's a shame they leave. It can be an issue getting appointments for people who can't telephone. My brother is deaf, and I have to call and book one for him.

Unorganised
25th July 2018I've gone to the surgery to have my ears checked out and my doctor is away. Very last minute, and the locum isn't able to do it.

Lost the will to live
28th March 2018I find this practice to be quite poor. You never see the same doctor more than once and I've had a particularly bad episode there recently where my son had a rash that I had to take him there 6 times before I could get him referred. I saw a different doctor every time and lost the will to live in the end - being told it was something different every single time. After finally being referred I was told at the hospital that he had to have regular blood pressure checks at the surgery and they didn't even have the correct equipment to do it. It took over a month for them to get it in. It would be really helpful to see the same doctor.

In A&E because we couldn't get an appointment
25th September 2017I am here at A&E because I couldn't get an appointment at the GP. I have had chest pains since 4am, and I rarely use the GP, so when I use it it's because I need it.
