  Definitely 5 out of 5. I have no complaints. My doctor looks after me and things are always sorted. I wouldn't have been here now if it was not for my GP. They acted quickly when I wasn't well and I got the treatment I needed.

  The staff are very friendly and quite open with you and kind. It's all good but the waiting area would be better if they had some children's books or toys. If the children are happy it helps to keep the other people waiting happy too.

  Thank you for your review. We don't have toys in the waiting area for infection control reasons. We would encourage parents attending with young children to bring a suitable toy or book from home if they wish.

  I saw Marie today who was the first person to get a blood sample from me the first time. I have a needle phobia and Marie was amazing. The staff are all fantastic, the doctors and all the support team. They have been brilliant with me. I registered here recently and the registration process was really easy.

  I've been coming here for a long time and they are always here for you. They are very professional and I don't have any issues with them. Initially and over the phone I wasn't sure about my new doctor but once I met him in person I found him more approachable. If I have a concern they will always see me or offer a consultation over the phone. If they could cut down the wait for a routine appointment, which can be 1 week to 10 days wait, it would be even better.

  Generally they are very good. They do have a long message on the answer phone which makes getting to the reception a long process. When you get through it's fine.

  The team are friendly, very responsive and do what's expected. The phone system seems to work well and they got the investigations and treatment I needed very quickly. It can be a bit tricky to get through on the phone but once you do it's good. I think compared to some surgeries they seem to be doing well.

  It's a brilliant medical centre. The doctors are great, the receptionists are great. My doctor talks to me in detail about my condition, I am totally happy.
