This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Too many patients not enough appointments

There are so many patients registered here, consequently it is very difficult to get an appointment. The waiting time to see as GP as a non emergency case is sometimes over a month and when you get an appointment the ten minutes that you are allocated feels very rushed. I've tried to explain to the reception staff that I need a longer appointment has I have a number of things to discuss but they will not allow me a longer appointment. The staff at the surgery work hard under the pressures that they face, but as a patient here I find it hard to access support due to the difficulty/lack of appointments.
