Original Feedback for Grove Surgery:

Not follwing covid guidelines

Outside the blood test room at the healthy living, you have a blood pressure machine and a table which you have no choice to go in-between to get in the room! On leaving the room with my 81-year-old mother in her wheeling chair we had to go throw the narrow gap a man was sitting at the machine as we came level with him he started COUGHING over us! I was upset and phoned healthy living to complain I have Autism and mental health problems the Grove Surgery that I and my mother are reg at has sent a BS litter to me saying Whilst we appreciate your concerns(CONCERNS? WE COULD DIE IF WE DEVELOP COVID !) they can assure me following the guidelines. They also warn(THREATENED)that they will ban my form the Surgery because they alleged I was rude if a do it again(THEY KNOW I HAVE AUTISM WHEN I'M DISTRESSED MY VOICE GOES UP AND I RANT) I'm dyslexic so I hope you read this properly.
