  My mother-in-law's treatment here was poor. Her room often smelt of urine and she developed bed sores. The mattresses were in an awful state. I wouldn't put my father-in-law in care in Norfolk, I'd rather look after him myself. I think its more the system than the staff themselves but I know someone who worked here and they gave it up because they found the conditions to upsetting.
