Original Feedback for Heacham Group Practice:

I don't have any faith in the practice

One day my husband just started talking gibberish so I called the GP to speak to the doctor but I couldn't get them so they rang me back. The first thing they said was why am I ringing them which was rude. I explained my concerns and they sent over a trainee who checked my husband's blood pressure and tested for dementia and said he was fine and left. He later had a seizure and it was discovered that he actually had a tumour and vascular dementia. It's changed both of our lives and I didn't know where to go for help.
