Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Excellent doctor and nurse

My doctor is excellent and the nurse who does my blood extractions is the best I've ever had. I've never had a bruise in five years! Although I've waited ages for appointments and the waiting room is noisy. I wear hearing aids and people shout your name in the waiting area but you can't hear them. My old surgery used to have a thing on the wall telling you where to go, which was good. It also used to save doctors time, so they didn't have to go to the waiting room. People don't understand that I can't hear- it all echos, which can be frustrating. I've had trouble with access and it depends who is on duty and if you have a decent surgery (I've been to better). I spoke to the practice manager about not wanting to do something online but he regards you as a problem and is confrontational.
