This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Time it takes to get app puts me off going

I know they're really busy so I try not to go often. I know that it take 3/4 weeks to get an appointment. The wait puts me off going. There's just too many people for them to cope. I went with a growth on my face once because I know it was important to get it checked. I waited 45 minutes over my appointment time and was only in there 10 minutes and she said it would just drop off. For urgent appointments they will fit you in on the same day as they have a triage system. However with the triage system you have to talk about your symptoms in the waiting room and sometimes that can be a little embarrassing.
