Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Awful, awful, awful

Woman never introduced herself, asked questions with little relevance, said she'd call within one week yet 11 months later nothing. Couldn't access my records because the computer system was down, how very dangerous. Complaint put in. They said the woman had left, so tough. Computer system not dangerous, yet CQC in the very same month had stated in their report they were concerned with the performance of the system. Oh and they kindly informed me they weren't actually going to help me, they just forgot to tell me that. Left me waiting. Three referrals by my doctor to the mental health team in 12 months, trip to A&E after trying to take my own life and now they've realised I'm ill. Useless and incompetents at the highest level. They aren't fit for purpose. They are the ones putting pressure on other services, because they don't listen. I think they only believe you to be mentally ill when you've actually killed yourself.
