Harrassement and threats

I was contacted by this organisation, and was told to either refer myself to the crisis team or they would do it for me, I wasn't suicidal self harming, under eating, or a threat to myself or others, but was told during a phone call, either I open the door to the crisis team or be sectioned under the mental health act, I was harrassed to the door being knocked on and everytime different people came in and asked me the same question how I was feeling, (how would anyone feel being harrassed by the mental health team who are full of rubbish and lies to get what they want), I had planned and had been looking forward to spending a day with friends on a day out, but had to cancel this to be bothered by two women telling me if I didn't open the door to them I would be forcefully sectioned, so I had to cancel a day out, to try and avoid this. I would never recommend the mental health team or the crisis team as they don't listen to the people they are interviewing, unless the words, complaint, legal action and harrassment are mentioned by which time they will run a mile and say everything was your fault and they were only doing their job, as soon as I told them (after the 2nd) they were the ones making me go down hill, they soon left me alone and after I removed all implied rights they only ever came back to pick me up for the meeting with the doctor who discharged me after finding nothing wrong, it makes me sick to my stomach that the people who need the help and support aren't getting it, and the people who have found ways of coping are the ones being told speak to the crisis team or else.
