This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Form never available, always understaffed

Why even have a form if it's never online?! instead we are forced to call thru a system that can't handle the pressure. Spending an hour or so of our working day trying to get thru. And then, you have to be seen that day.. so may as well have the day off work. Surely the form is the best fix for the jammed phone lines?! Then the enquiries can be dealt with in turn at a pace the surgery can handle. I know the elderly use the phone to book appointments.. they wont use the form.. but at least they will be able to get thru. The system this surgery uses is completely insufficient for the needs of the local community
