This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Disappointing

Trying to get through to the practise is the first issue always 20 in the queue the online form never open due to staff shortages, when you get through depending who you speak to depends hugely the outcome normal outcome is we are full for appointments try again tomorrow Even very simple requests are given the same response reports from the hospital seem to left unopened and you spend days chasing up east things The village has become to large for the one practise and patient care is suffering and I fear things will be missed due to the reception team being the ones who dream whether you are able to see a doctor
