Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. In built difficulty

First the surgery says I can't make a booking for a future appointment to see a doctor if it is non-urgent, then they admit they don't take appointments on Fridays. Then going on their website, it is stated "the forms are unavailable" as they are changing server clients, however they do not put in place an alternate method to replace "the form", I'm am still trying to find a phone number to use to arrange an appointment to see a doctor. This is the worst way to treat patients.
