Lack of communciation

My husband has been feeling tired and not his usual self since March, initial diagnosis was done via phone and blood tests, when nothing came of tests i had to almost threaten to get an appointment only to be told it wasnt serious enough and to go to A&E !! in the middle of COVID really. I eventually got an appt more bloods - came back no problems, then a text saying not enough blood taken come back in - now 3 weeks no update on the bloods or CT scan, husband 50 very fit still unwell and no where to go - i work for the police force and if we dealt with us in this way it wouldnt be allowed. Receptionists very rude and unhelpful - loath ringing them now and im fit healthy and working which also is an inconvenience for them and appointments - god help the old and frail
