  I joined Hingham Surgery around 14 months ago, I was registered previously in Attleborough. I can not believe the difference in 2 Surgery’s. I could never see a Dr before as getting past reception staff was a nightmare and if you did succeed it was a conveyer belt system with GP’s never having time to listen. Sadly since COVID I have needed treatment more than I have in the last 20 years, all staff at Hingham have been amazing, no rudeness, a willingness to help and Amazing COVID protocols allowing necessary appointments to continue. Yesterday I was seen by Dr Rush, he took time to listen to my concerns, offer realistic treatment allowing me to reduce my intake of medication, and has referred me to further treatment. As a nurse myself I have continued to work throughout the pandemic unfortunately this has required ongoing support with pain myself. The understanding of all staff at Hingham have allowed this to happen. A huge thank you to what has to be the best GP Surgery in Norfolk

  You can actually get an appointment which is a great start! All the doctors (except one) are lovely, they take their time and really seem to care.

  Excellent - we're the luckiest around! The problem is everywhere is expanding but I am still able to get to see my doctor luckily. I'm sure there's two tiers when you call them. I call at 8.10am and am able to get in the same day and that's with my doctor. I think it must be when you reach a certain age. My doctor even came over in the evening when my husband was really ill and it was reassuring for him and I. I had a brilliant admiral nurse too - she was great with my husband too. It helped because he thought she was his sister so it wasn't only a comfort for me but helped him too.

  Efficient practice. You can get appointments, and you aren't fobbed off. They're very good. They are business like. I collect prescriptions from the dispensary.

  They always answer the phone. They who who they're talking to, and the waiting area is never too busy. Nothing is too much trouble. They are brilliant.
